Between the dates of January 24 and January 30, 1996 seven men gathered in Brighton, England to record a very different blues album. Landon Spradlin, a preacher/blues guitarist/blues singer met me [Producer Dan Cutrona] in the spring of 1993 in North Carolina. I was moved by his strength of conviction for the "streets." Our meeting seemed to be orchestrated by our Father. After hearing his music, I began to envision it being realized with an international group of musicians with who I had been working for years. They were all men who had incredible musical history in the blues field... but more importantly were equally powerful in their conviction for God. The stage was being set for a new recording experience.
